The Golden LEAF Foundation awards scholarships to 北卡罗莱纳 students from rural tobacco-dependent counties who attend participating colleges and universities in our state and have financial need. The scholarship is funded by the Golden LEAF Foundation through a grant to the 北卡罗莱纳 State Education Assistance Authority.
